I’ve spent more than 43 years leading, coaching, and mentoring people—much of that time in Special Forces and federal service, where clarity, trust, and resilience aren’t optional. Along the way, I learned that no matter the environment, real leadership always comes down to understanding people and helping them grow through challenge.

After a lifetime of service, I stepped into coaching to continue that work in a different way. Today, as a Certified Professional Coach, I partner with leaders, veterans, and high‑performing individuals who are navigating change, facing new responsibilities, or simply feeling called to something more. My role isn’t to tell people what to do, but to walk alongside them as they gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward with intention.

The Approach

My approach is disciplined but very human. Drawing from my background in leadership, sports, and wellness coaching, I focus on the whole person—mind, body, and purpose. We work on building resilience, strengthening habits, and reconnecting with what truly matters so progress doesn’t fade when life gets busy or hard.

Whether I’m working with executives, athletes, or individuals in the middle of a major life transition, my goal is the same: to help people build strength that lasts and step into the next chapter with confidence, clarity, and purpose

The Philosophy

My coaching is shaped by a few core values—integrity, discipline, and purpose—values that were forged over many years in demanding, high‑pressure environments. But at this stage of my life, what matters most to me is how those values show up in real, human conversations.

I know that no two people—and no two transitions—look the same. That’s why I don’t work from a script or offer quick, cookie‑cutter solutions. Instead, I walk alongside my clients and get curious with them about what’s really going on. We spend time uncovering what’s driving their decisions, where they feel stuck, and what kind of life or leadership they truly want to step into.

What Coaching Creates

• Clear thinking during complex transitions
• Stronger, more self-aware leadership
• Resilience that lasts beyond the immediate
• Decisions grounded in values, not pressure
• Growth that feels aligned - not forced
• This is quiet, disciplined work- but it's impact is lasting

Together, we focus on practical steps that build self‑awareness, resilience, and the ability to adapt when things feel uncertain. My role isn’t to “fix” anyone—it’s to help people strengthen what’s already within them. When that internal foundation is solid, decisions feel clearer, leadership feels more authentic, and growth becomes something that lasts, not something that fades once the moment passes.

At its core, my work is about helping people reconnect with themselves so they can move forward with confidence, intention, and purpose—no matter what season of change they’re in.
